Social media has us all debasing ourselves in one way or another—but thank God I don’t work at a company that makes me do *this.* Much like the cheer Walmart workers do at the beginning of their shifts, videos like these appear to be some way to try to get people more jazzed about working at their startup. After all, why pay for benefits when you can convince your workers that you’re a family?
The result of this Stockholm syndrome is something like this—and honestly, if my boss asked me to be in a video where I dance and discuss my ‘sneaky link,’ I’d rather he just kill me.
