Man Testing Out Cheap Parachutes Has Balls of Steel
Looks like skydiving isn’t a budget-friendly activity.
You can get anything on Amazon, including things you probably shouldn’t be able to. Prop money that looks suspiciously similar to the real thing, an extensive array of dentistry tools that could basically allow you to open your own practice, untested power cables that can and will explode upon being plugged in — a casual browse through the site shows just how cool (and potentially dangerous) it is to give the average Joe access to, well, everything.
Such is the case with parachutes. If you go on Amazon, you can see that one can easily buy parachutes. But should they? That’s what this skydiver is trying to find out by using them while jumping out of a plane.
The answer, of course, is “absolutely not.”
