A school's food services director has been arrested for ordering over 11,000 cases of chicken wings on the school's dime.

Vera Liddell was in charge of ordering food for the school even as classes were being held online. Families were still permitted to pick up food at the school for their children during covid learning. It was during this time that Liddell was said to have placed the orders.

We have to give kudos to Liddell who knew that the school couldn't serve wings to students because they contained bones. Students still got their regularly ordered lunches, while Liddell was rolling in poultry. What an absolute legend.
