Gate Attendant Tries to Gaslight Customer into Thinking His Bag Doesn't Fit in the Sizer
Airlines have gotten pretty brazen recently.
Even though air travel has basically recovered since COVID, airlines haven’t stopped using the shocks of the pandemic as an excuse to nickel-and-dime every passenger on their flights.
From carry-on baggage fees to weight limits to paying extra to be put in an exit row, things that used to come standard on airlines now only come at an extra fee — and a sizable one at that.
One of the other ways that airlines have gotten worse is through baggage sizing. Frontier is notorious for lying to their customers and claiming that their bags won’t fit (probably because employees get paid $10 per bag for doing so).
Still, in some cases, these lies can border on gaslighting, as is evident from this video of a man being told his bag doesn’t fit despite the fact that it very obviously does.
