Personally, I would have just used the escalator. According to 10 Philadelphia, this man went into an Apple store, stole something, told everyone he had a gun, then tried to escape. Unfortunately, he was suffering from a condition known as “dumbass,” and so, rather than simply leave out of the nearby emergency exits (or not rob an Apple store in the first place), he decided to jump off the second story and onto the cold, hard ground. He was arrested — and I’m going to guess the impact probably destroyed whatever he stole.
