When it comes to horrible companies, Comcast regularly takes the cake (and then charges you for the missing cake).

In 2014, Comcast was voted The Consumerist's "Worst Company in America"--beating out even Monsanto, a company that literally poisons our food. The Consumerist has been holding the contest annually since 2010, and Comcast has been winner of the dishonor 50% of the years that the award has existed.

In 2004 and 2007 The American Customer Satisfaction Index found that Comcast had the worst customer satisfaction rating of any company or government agency in America (including the IRS).

There are a number ways in which customers feel the stranglehold of Comcast's monopolizing grip and the heat of Comcast's evil breath.
