Saturday Morning Randomness: 29 Randoms to Save Your Bacon
You've made it all the way through the trials and tribulations of the week, and now the weekend is here. A celebration is in order, but I'm sure you have your own plans tonight. If you need a reminder not to go too hard, you can take a look at this fun collection of pics, memes, and tweets. They'll give you the instant gratification and enjoyment you're looking for, without the nasty hangover tomorrow.
Cole Brauer made history earlier this week by becoming the first American woman to sail around the world solo. It's a pretty spectacular feat, and she can be seen in a photo here celebrating with two red flares. The 29-year-old from Long Island (Maine) stated that "It's like going to Mars and hoping that you can breathe." Amazingly, she navigated using the Starlink satellite network.
Brauer's journey demonstrated an immense amount of skill, but if you're more of a "lucky" person you can try playing the Mega Millions jackpot. It's up to $977 million, but if you win, you might consider donating it to the former president's legal campaign, he seems strapped for cash at the moment. (Don't actually do that.)
