Do as I say and not as I do is the unspoken motto of hypocrites everywhere. 

Perhaps no more perfect example exists than the city of Dubai, a place filled with more wealth and ambition than just about anywhere, yet they spend it on everything other than making sure their more normal citizens can live free and decent lives. Recent torrential flooding left much of the city underwater, something pretty ironic for a place investing billions into trying to control its weather. Looks like, for the time being, the world's biggest hypocrites are stuck with alternating very dry, and very wet spells. And what about that line city, that was never really in the cards was it?
