Just when you thought landlords couldn't get any worse, this landlord and LinkedIn user (truly the worst combination of person) really really wants the masses to think he’s homeless, heading to LinkedIn to share the dirtiest, raunchiest piece of hustle porn to ever grace the site.

“Today marks Day 1 of homeless me for me,” the self-described “Leading Enterprise + Growth CS” at Postman began his now-deleted post, one accompanied with a very 2015 snap of him sitting in his car.

After providing vague, non-answers to any conceivable question surrounding his endeavor — “For how long? Who knows. A year, maybe more,” he wrote before adding that he’d be visiting “a bunch of places,” until he’s “done” — he offered a rationale with more buzzwords than an all-hands HR meeting.

“Why? To mandate focus on a very small number of things (Postman included), fortify my network with co-workers and old/new faces, force minimalism, and cattle prod my brain,” he added, casually dropping that his tenants would be footing the bill.

“How am I going to afford it? By renting out my house to cover Airbnbs.”

Naturally, Reddit was peeved not only at this plan of funding but at this man’s clear misunderstanding of what it means to be homeless.

"’Digital nomad’ is a term that describes exactly what he's doing,” wrote Gorignak on r/ImTheMainCharacter. “This is not an original idea, but most people don't refer to it as homelessness. Although most people don't already look homeless when they start.”

“The dude can go back to his reality anytime. He is far from being in the shoes of a true homeless person,” added u/Do-not-respond.

We can only hope that Jared B’s landlording gig goes well … and that when the revolution comes, he may get a glimpse of what “homeless” really means.
