Though actor Danny Masterson may have been found guilty of raping two women, his That ‘70s Show castmates Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are still standing by his side.

As Masterson is set to serve 30 years to life behind bars for his crimes, which occurred during his time starring in the beloved sitcom, Good Morning America unearthed several letters the star’s friends and family wrote to the judge, vouching for the troubled actor before his sentencing.

While the letters have yet to be released in their entirety, Kunis’ entry reportedly touted Masterson’s “exceptional character,” while Kutcher dubbed him a “role model.”

This isn’t the first time the couple have backed their controversial pal. Kutcher publicly vouched for Masterson during a sit down with Esquire last February, explaining that while he didn’t “want him to elude the law,” he wished “for the truth to show he's innocent."

Roughly three months later, Masterson was convicted of two counts of rape.

We can only hope that Kutcher has since changed his stance … and that when Kunis touted his “exceptional character,” she was talking about Steven Hyde.
