Diddy has been around the world trying to avoid the feds, but his life on the lam came to an end last night, as the controversial hip-hop mogul was arrested in New York and is facing charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution.


If convicted, Sean “Diddy” Combs could be facing decades in prison, and these charges are just the tip of the iceberg of Diddy’s ALLEGED (brace yourself, you’re going to be seeing this word a lot) criminal behavior. A video surfaced online showing Diddy ALLEGEDLY assaulting Cassie Ventura, his longtime girlfriend, and his parties have become infamous for all of the worst reasons imaginable.



But what often gets lost in the mix of Diddy’s wrongdoing is his ALLEGED involvement in a plethora of murders and attempted murders. Which is why we decided to recap his shady history of possibly trying to kill a bunch of people (ALLEGEDLY).


Tupac

Diddy has been tied to Tupac’s murder ever since it happened, and that speculation hasn’t slowed down in the decades since. Eminem even referenced it on his latest track, and there have been reports that federal agents are investigating Diddy’s involvement in the 1996 shooting.


For those of you not familiar with ‘90s hip-hop coastal beefs, a brief history lesson: In 1994 Tupac was shot three times in the lobby of Quad Studios in New York City. A year later, Tupac revealed in an interview that he believed that the shooting was a set-up and named Diddy as one of the people behind it.


In 1996, Tupac called out Diddy again in “Hit ‘Em Up,” which, all due respect to Kendrick, remains the best diss track ever made. Later that year, Tupac was dead, causing many to wonder if Diddy finished the job and got revenge at the same time by orchestrating the shooting.



Honestly, there’s a decent amount of evidence that Diddy may have at least been involved. Most damningly, Duane Davis, who is on trial for killing Tupac, told the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police in 2009 that Diddy offered $1 million for Tupac’s murder, according to court documents released this year.


The Notorious B.I.G.

This one is a little more convoluted and a lot more speculative. Chris “Biggie” Wallace was signed by Diddy’s Bad Boy Records and the two remained close as Biggie’s career skyrocketed.


However, their relationship may have fractured by the mid-‘90s, as Biggie reportedly wanted to leave Bad Boy Records, and his lawyers even tried to regain his publishing rights, which Diddy refused to give up. This has led some to believe that Diddy had Biggie killed in 1997, but there isn’t any real concrete evidence.


Drake

This is where things get a little weirder. Diddy and Drake have ALLEGEDLY beefed for over a decade, with Diddy ALLEGEDLY punching Canada’s certified loverboy back in 2014 because he thought Drake stole a beat that he wanted.


But according to the Game, the beef went from 0 to 100 real quick, with Diddy ALLEGEDLY considering having Drake offed. The Game avoided directly saying Diddy was seeking out someone to kill Drake, but the implication seems pretty clear.


Once again, there’s no hard evidence, but considering the Game’s friendship with Drake, this is hardly some Reddit baseless conspiracy.



Meek Mill

Back in March, Mill posted on Instagram that he was in a car accident because “the whole brake pedal slipped off.” People online quickly noted the fact that brake pedals don’t typically just slip off, and many began to suspect foul play.



And naturally, Diddy’s name came up because if there is foul play in a rap beef, Diddy always seems to be around. The timing was especially strange, as this “accident” happened right after Mill was seemingly identified in a lawsuit filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who claimed he was sexually assaulted by Diddy.



This one is basically just pure internet speculation, with people believing that Diddy may be trying to tie up loose ends as he’s forced to face the music regarding his decades of alleged misdeeds.


Honorable Mention: Kid Cudi

Speaking of cars, Mill may not be the only person who ended up on the wrong side of some of Diddy’s automotive shenanigans.


Cassie Ventura filed a lawsuit against Diddy, accusing her ex of rape and abuse during their six-year relationship. The lawsuit also included a claim that Diddy blew up Kid Cudi’s car in 2016 after learning he was dating Cassie.


“In February 2012 … Mr. Combs told Ms. Ventura that he was going to blow up Kid Cudi’s car and that he wanted to ensure that Kid Cudi was home with his friends when it happened,” the complaint says. “Around that time, Kid Cudi’s car exploded in his driveway.”


If that wasn’t crazy enough, Cudi confirmed the whole thing to the New York Times. Technically, this one isn’t exactly a murder attempt, but considering that Cudi could have easily been in or near the car, it still gets an honorable mention.
